RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Before returning please contact recordvenue@gmail.com. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged as you received it. If return is accepted the funds will be returned within 2 weeks from when we've received the item. Please note that all items are pre-owned. If you require further information or have a purchase-related concern, please contact us before completing your order.

All items for sale are listed in PLN, Euros and US dollars. Record Couturier accepts payment via PayPal which also offers an option paying with debit and credit cards. If this option is unavailable to you, Record Couturier may also accept wire transfers made through your bank or PayU, Imoje in Poland.
